Peerless Gear has developed a new gear ratio for the heavy duty 2600 series transaxle. This increased reduction ratio of 52.24:1 is targeted for the E-Drive Market. The increased reduction allows the OEM to use a lower amperage motor while improving run time. This model compliments the current 2200 series used in lawn tractors, powered wagons, and ride-on seeders/fertilizers.
